Throughout the month of July, we will be picking one member of a Broadway shows and writing a short piece about them for our performer of the week. Today we are featuring Kendra Kassebaum who is currently in Come From Away.
Kassebaum made her Broadway debut as a swing replacement in the 1996 production of Rent before being an original ensemble member and understudy for Lynette "Squeaky" Fromme in Assassins in 2004. She went on to play Glinda in Wicked and originated the role of Sam Nightingale in Leap of Faith in 2012. Now she plays Janice and others in Come From Away alongside Jenn Colella, Chad Kimball, Petrina Bromley, and others.
